This customer had a coating on floor in spots that needed removed, major pitting & efflorence thru-out garage floor, also had removed astroturf in walkway area that lead to restroom in there garage & was put down so people wouldn't slip coming from pool area. Fixed all cracks, pitting, spaulding areas with self leveling fill all voids. Then we removed mastic glue where astro turf was, then complete floor grind to achieve a CSP level required for Floorshield Coating System. No need for astro turf coming from pool to restroom anymore, due to Floorshield exceeding the AntiSlip Wet test. All Floorshield Floors come with 15 Year Non-Pro Rated Manufacture Warranty.

1. Remove old ugly failing epoxy floor coating.
2. Diamond grind and vacuum. Repair cracks.
3. Apply self-priming polyaspartic base coat.
4. Full broadcast flake providing even color and texture.
5. Scrape excess flake off and vacuum.
6. Do final preparations for sealing.
7. Apply UV stable polyaspartic topcoat.
